NDIS Cost:
• Support cost: $135.3 (1:3 Ratio)
• Travel: $1 per km % 3
Activity Cost: $10 Casual Gym entry fee + lunch money
A rough itinerary
• Pick up from your house between 9 and 9:30
• Arrive at the Gym
• Complete a fun workout either as a small group or do your own thing
• Chill out with friends and have lunch
• 1:30-3pm arrive home
You will need
• Water, a snack and lunch (or money to buy it)
• Appropriate closed toe shoes
