Support Cost (1:3 Ratio): $112.60 + Travel

A moderate level of fitness is required to participate in this group. We try our best to choose walks that are not too difficult but we do average 10k steps each Tuesday, so if you don't feel like you are capable of this much exercise, the walking group may not be the right fit for you.
The day goes ahead, rain, hail or shine so it is important to be prepared for such events. On days over 30degrees we either explore shopping centres or head to the cinema to watch a movie.
